The hotel was fresh and friendly. Reception was helpful. Perfect location for skiing and beautiful views. Very good breakfast with unlimited coffee. Comfy beds and clean rooms.

The hotel had a great location, right by the lake and close to nature. The breakfast was lovely with fresh options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of my room was excellent.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The breakfast options were decent and the location was convenient for my business purposes, with a shuttle service available. the view from the room was nice to look at.
The hotel seemed to be understaffed, as no one was available at the desk outside of set hours. the room wasn't particularly clean and there was a strange odor throughout my stay which prevented me from getting a good nights sleep.

We spent our Christmas break in a hotel that promised to offer peace, tranquility, and nature. We loved the location because it was far away from the chaos of the city and close to the mountains. the snowy scenery outside our window was breathtaking! During our stay, there were some activities for the kids, such as gingerbread making and a Santa visit. the receptionist was friendly and made us feel welcome. the breakfast buffet was tasty with a lot of variety.
. We noticed that the hotel was understaffed because the front desk was closed frequently, and we had to wait a long time to check-in.
